We bring personnel to bear who are equally capable of achieving success in austere environments, diplomatic negotiations or corporate board rooms.  Sterling personnel, and our affiliated corporate and non-governmental organization (NGO) partners, have decades of experience as the world's leading subject matter experts in their respective disciplines.  These include full spectrum international capacity building operations, including a holistic approach to diplomatic, security, training, logistics and environmental projects. 

Our past success in support of U.S. Department of State and international NGOs, for instance, has resulted in the safe destruction of thousands of tons of unexploded munitions, small arms, and anti-aircraft weapons in third world countries.  This prevents the illicit proliferation of weapons to non-state actors, including criminal and terrorist organizations, while providing humanitarian relief and environmental remediation.  These projects, and others, exemplify our ability to provide leadership and support to policies aimed at solving the world's most challenging humanitarian and security related issues.
