Current Operations

Sterling International currently manages over $12 million in U.S. Department of State funded projects and is experienced in conforming to the high financial standards set by the Department of State. We maintain strict and transparent accounting standards, providing on time and accurate reporting, often exceeding the client's requirements. Our hiring process involves thoroughly vetting all potential candidates for employment through cross-reference checks and word-of-mouth reputation. U.S. citizens and local nationals are all interviewed and selected on a fair method, with Equal Employment Opportunity standards a must in the process. In the field, a strong Headquarters (HQ), with a hierarchy, will be in place to ensure all team members have clarity in their mission, directions, and are accountable to their chain of command. Sterling International has never failed in any of our overseas deployments for the U.S. Government, and our track record of staying on budget and taking strong and prudent action in the field leads the industry.
